She's not a love that I'd give up But this time I think it's enough And every time I go by I just feel like dying, feel like dying Maybe this time she'll understand That this is not what I had planned I guess I had it all wrong All this pain is blinding, pain is blinding And I know that there's a lot That you can't see And I'm sure that it was hard I'm just pulling through But I'm slowly coming back To where I should be Just taking another step Maybe you could too And I know that there's a lot That you can't see And I'm sure that it was hard I'm just pulling through But I'm slowly coming back To where I should be Just taking another step Maybe you could too

about

I'm ochrence, a producer and musician from Maine. This is my second album.
I set out to make this album in December 2011. Shortly thereafter, I started spending all my free time on it. Every weekend, I would pour hours into adjusting mixes and automations. The result is this, an album of many different genres and extremes. It's an attempt to define myself sonically, which is why I decided to make it eponymous. It features influences from trance, house, drum and bass, hip-hop, drumstep, trap, and chillout, and creates some new genres along the way. The tracks range from the joyous High Road to the melancholy Sunset and the dark and threatening Spacetrap. I sincerely hope you enjoy it.

Thanks to Ben Slepp for the album cover.
Thanks to Julien of loops de la crème for fantastic samples.
Thanks to all my friends for tirelessly providing constructive criticism whenever I asked for it, and all my family members for putting up with me while I was loudly making music and recording hundreds of vocal takes.
And thank you for listening.
